We receive many enquiries about DOAJ processes, especially the application process. Although the Guide to Applying provides answers to many common questions, are there other questions you have always wanted to ask – questions not necessarily answered via our website?
We welcome questions from everyone and kindly ask that all communications remain respectful, courteous, and constructive. While we may not be able to answer every question individually, we will share answers in future communications (Blog posts and social channels).
Our Goals
- We want to reduce the wait time for Helpdesk queries by addressing the most common questions.
- Develop a robust, self-service resource that will benefit the entire community. This FAQ page will be a go-to tool for you, as well as for our dedicated team, volunteers, and Ambassadors who work hard to support the DOAJ mission.
