Last week, we had problems with the XML article metadata uploader. Publishers trying to send us content saw an error message and the XML batch got stuck in a ‘pending’ status.
The problem has been resolved, and you may continue to send us the XML files as usual. Anyone who sent us a file that got stuck will not need to send it again. We have been able to collect and process those files.
