She talks about her work to sustain DOAJ when so much is dependent on donations from libraries, but that how sustainability is more than just about finance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Over the last 19 years we have carefully built up a reputation that is synonymous with quality, independence, and reliability. As the tipping point for open access is reached, DOAJ&#8217;s role in pushing for a fairer, more equitable system for publishing research will only grow.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Joanna also talks about her vision for DOAJ in the future, including how an organisation like ours should be governed in a way that all voices can be heard.
