Ask us anything!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your feedback, as always, is important. Not only does it help us address similar questions directly, but your questions will help us build a comprehensive, evolving FAQ page on the DOAJ website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We receive many enquiries about DOAJ processes, especially the application process. Although the <a href=\"https:\/\/doaj.org\/apply\/guide\/\"><strong>Guide to Applying<\/strong><\/a> provides answers to many common questions, are there other questions you have always wanted to ask &#8211; questions not necessarily answered via our website?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We welcome questions from everyone and kindly ask that all communications remain respectful, courteous, and constructive.<strong>&nbsp; While we may not be able to answer every question individually, we will share answers in future communications<\/strong> (Blog posts and social channels).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our Goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We want to reduce the wait time for Helpdesk queries by addressing the most common questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a robust, self-service resource that will benefit the entire community.
